Was a great place to work when there was work to do. When it got slow they were fast to lay off. Overall a great experience and decent pay. I would recommend working here if you are located in one of their larger markets.

Everyone just wants to do what they want to do.

Departments operate in silos, leading to a lack of cohesion among employees. The company has serious communication issues that senior management is unwilling to address. Layoffs occur 1 to 2 times a year, and in the past year, there have been as many as 4 rounds. Company policies are unclear, and managers are not skilled at leading their teams. Everyone just wants to do what they want to do. Senior management is usually hired from outside the company, rather than promoting internal talent. Each time a new group of senior managers comes in, they bring a new set of operating procedures and systems, leading to numerous implementation issues. There are many problems, but the company is unwilling to invest in improvements.

The description of the role was fairly inaccurate due to some administrative holdups, but my position was adjusted to accommodate the shift in priorities and ended up being a worthwhile buildup for experience. Fantastic people within the company to work with.

Si no esperas un aumento o un mejor puesto aún con antigüedad puedes entrar aquí, no hay bonos, no hay extras, la empresa no da nada, quieren que hagas cosas que no corresponden a tu área, cualquier jefe cree que puede entrar a cualquier área a pedir informes de todo, la empresa gasta mucho dinero en tener dinosaurios que no saben hacer más de lo que hacen eso hablando en general, descontrol total, explotación laboral, no pagan para nada prima dominical, el servicio es bastante malo por que no se le pone la debida atención en cada proceso, no tienen suficiente personal en la área de operaciones y quieren que quien esté haga todo lo que corresponde.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There are SOME good co-workers here.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No strategic vision, chaos. Poor cash position made me question if they could make payroll. Poor leadership at the top....CEO is lost. No investment in produc. Zero lead generation and I have never worked at a place that had ZERO lead generation for more than a year.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture is lacking, chaotic, fragmented, and you feel as if people are always looking for jobs outside of the organization. Depressing place to work.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Back-to-back Zoom calls, no break for lunch, you will work well beyond a standard 40-hour work week. They ask you to do multiple jobs but do not pay you for the work nor give you the title/ nor recognition....of simply appreciation.
