The hype is real

CarGurus has won a lot of "best place to work" awards in the past couple years and I can see why. They have a great culture (people seem to really like being here), excellent benefits and perks (all the stuff you'd expect plus $15 toward lunch in the office every day, paid commuter costs, unlimited personal time off, lots of snacks and events, etc. They have also invested heavily in learning and career development which was a gap they needed to fill. Leadership is engaged and transparent and they have made some smart moves to keep the business pretty stable compared to what you see elsewhere in tech

Can be annoying to have two separate office buildings for staff but that will change with the move to 1001 Boylston in the fall. The new office is going to be pretty sweet
