Your lucky if you get a raise. Management really doesn’t care about its employees but it starts from the top. The ceo removed all of the water from branches. Employees drink tap water. They even took away the employees 401k. The company has no interest in anyone’s growth. They are disorganized and not structured. HR is a mess. No support from there.
