Never fully staffed

I've been with this company for 15 years, I have watched it go through lots of changes. but since covid the stores none of them it seems are ever fully staffed and this creates a huge stress level for the staff that shows up every day. but the company can't seem to find a fix for that. so instead more and more jobs just get added to the server role, the expectations of the company are impossible to ever reach. You go through everyday feeling like you never are able to do the job that you are supposed to do.

Poor management sure real investigation will see.

I loved my job I stopped working there due to poor management I only wanted the job to get out of my home not for stress from management who clearly were not even team players let alone leaders. I had a great GM 's both of them during my term. But other managers took favoritism and seemed very entertained on job drama . In my 26 yrs of this industry I know of it's drama but, with that being said mangers and those promoted knew how to navigate schedules shifts and the surroundings to make sure it was noted handled and dealt with in a professional manor that did not happen at store 603 and would happy to fill in anyone who truly cares

Working the area that a person is assigned to. Not 4 different areas.

Working 4 different areas at the same time.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment and culture is cool.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful. I had to do 4 jobs. Maintenance, Dishwashing, Prep Cook, Backup/Pantry. Cleaning retail store area, clean bathrooms, take out trash, wash dishes, pans, then het lied to by managers. They state someone is coming in to help but wound up doing it myself.
