Upper management is horrible. People local are great.

People here in OKC are awesome, corporate doesn’t give you the time of day, very sad. They talk out of both sides of their mouths constantly. The company is always behind on paying their bills also.

Pay is pretty good but should be better for the work you perform.

It would be a decent place to work but management will beat you down then try to be your best buddy when one of the supervisors doesn't want to do a job he was asked to do by his supervisor

CSI is a great company. The personal tools and equipment compensation needs to be reviewed and changed to accommodate the change in our country.

The overall environment is good, managers care about their employees and personal issues they encounter. In most cases managers are flexible to help with personal life issues. Safety is at the top of the list for the company and they truly do care about their employees.

Got lates off due to an accident not my fault at work and then they held my paycheck and I still don’t have it 2 weeks later… filing it with Texas Work Force Commission…
It’s sad because it’s seemed like good people working for them in the beginning.
