Drilled with work and stress for literally pennies. Pushes a WOW Experience for their customers, but could care less about WOWing their employees with appreciation. Have to know someone to make it somewhere. You also have to be male - barely any females in high management.

You're expanding and pushing for more growth, but not doing the same with your employees. The turnover rate would be lower if you paid people enough to be able to stay. Many, many employees state they can't raise a family on the pay they receive. Give recognition and compensation to the little people that are contributing to the success and growth that's being achieved.

Growing company with a good reputation. Fast paced working environment. Great co-workers and a team atmosphere in most departments and branches.

Company is growing too fast, working employees into the ground for little pay. Little opportunity to advance into management. Some members of management are reckless and the success of the organization is not because of them it is despite their arrogant attitudes, cluelessness, and boorish behavior.
