Helpful at first but then dissapear

Great at finding you a job but if a problem arises, hard to get ahold of. Hourly pay is high and stipend low so you get taxed more. Also was misled on how many hours I’d be working and getting paid for.

Worked at Southern Maine Healthcare for cross country . Not a bad place to work - just need a bit more structure. I would definitely go back. I like the OT rate for Cross country and Callback pay rate. Cross country has probably the best OT rates out of all travel agencies

Love my recruiter, company needs improvement

This is one of the few travel agencies that doesn’t provide day 1 insurance. Not being insured for a third of your contract is a big deal. My recruiter has been wonderful.

I have been with the company over a year and have little complaints. Onboarding was rough because alot of staff do not actually have a healthcare background, so it made it a little difficult to clear required credentials. Im told pay is a little less for the industry but rates have decreased everywhere. Overall good agency with a user friendly app.

Although you get paid more than district employees the influx of not getting paid holidays, summer or winter break is daunting on
maintaining bills/livelihood. You barely make over 25k a year. I would not recommend.
There are no performance evaluations that can give a pay increase nor bonuses of any kind which limits your financial growth in the company.
There is no PTO and 401K doesn't match. You must work over 1250 hours before reserving the right to maternity leave (which is about 4 school semesters.
Unless someone climbs the ranks in ABA (ex. ABA > RBT > BcBA) or substitute teacher the professional development opportunities are null and void.
I would recommend this job to someone who may have roommates (rent/bills is less than 1k a month), no kids, in school and do not have an overhead, stay at home wife that has financial support. It is unreasonable to believe someone can sustain in LA with this income alone.
