Great science but management will be it’s demise. Unfortunate, but true. What can be achieved with this technology is amazing and can better so any lives. Out of touch senior leaders who are clueless yet seek to micromanage everything. The lack of trust and transparency is toxic. Antiquated processes, company practices and attitudes create a stifling culture that does not engender employee loyalty. Finance. It takes forever to get an expense report approved. They don’t answer the phone. Expenses take forever, because finance is slow to review them then sends everything back after sitting on it. Rejected because of illogical reasons. It’s the top thing we discuss on calls and in the office. Either get finance trained on expenses or get someone to do the job correctly. In pharma for a long time. Nowhere have I encountered a completely dysfunctional team like that one. I do not travel as much as I should. We have no corporate cards. I can’t keep loaning money to the company when they take forever to pay it back. They also don’t pay invoices quickly. High turnover. It’s a revolving door in many departments (sales, marketing, medical). Management. Lack adaptability to listen to the many employees telling you there are problems and fix them doesn’t give anyone trust that they’ll adapt in the marketplace as necessary for a growing and sustainable pharma company. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 38902 Open If you are going to put up fake reviews (late April through early May dates) be smarter about it. We talk about Glassdoor reviews in the office when a new one is posted. These fake positive reviews back to back to back tell us you would rather keep trying to hide the problem instead of fixing it. How many times do employees need to tell you we need change so you listen.
