I am finding my upline to be both knowledgeable and flexible. They seem to be people that I could learn from and that would like to mentor you. It is a smaller company from others I have worked in and I am learning that the processes are a bit different. Nothing to be worked up over, it is just a bit of a learning curve for me, that is all. The culture seems rather relaxed as most engagements with both up-line and down-lines seem rather casual. I have not run into any real big egos, so to speak. We are working remotely in COVID and there is a strong expectation that we will all go back into the office when this is over. They are building a new campus that looks like it will be fun to work at. I am appreciating the flexibility I have in how I go about my daily work.
