Leadership has good intentions but virtually every call I receive from my manager or meeting I'm in is strictly negative at this point which is really sad because that's not at all how CDK used to be.

The company is very established in its field despite lots of upstarts - business performance has been strong
Management is more than open to new ways of thinking, new talent with new ideas
Lots of career advancement opportunities for junior-level employees
Completely remote policy!
Very flexible with work/life balance

Some benefits not as robust as they could be
This is not a "buzzy" place to work so if you're looking to be in a start-up space etc. it will likely not be for you
There's a bit of legacy that has been shed and some growing pains with acquisitions that ruffled feathers
