I would have left this part blank, if it wasn't a mandatory field to fill it in. I'm really scraping the barrel here, but the We Work office had a great barista on level 9. Super friendly and positive guy, clearly none of the Cardlytics employees have taken any tips from them.

I could write a 5000 word essay on this place. However, let's slice and dice and break the madness down into bite sized chunks.
Senior Management puppets are caught in a vice, praying for vesting miracles or a company sale, for a get out of jail free card.
They’re about as useless as the G in lasagne.
To thrive at Cardlytics, you've got to fit into one of two categories: either embrace & endorse the toxicity or revel in the wary and weird.
I witnessed countless examples of
Leadership failing to shoulder responsibility for team challenges, resorting to bullying when faced with valid concerns.
To summarise:
Zero culture, unless you count bonding over the negativity at lunch times
Leadership, I would rather earn my stars in McDonalds than aspire to being part of the management team
Pay reduction, higher targets = zero motivation
Career development, see above for all the reasons not too!

Cardlytics is an interesting place to work, and there are lot of opportunities to get things done. Definitely working in the right direction.

There is an endless amount of work, and not enough people to do it. There needs to be more focus on what to work on at any given time, and complete it rather than pivoting to the next thing. Groups are very siloed from each other and there is often times not a good understanding of how all of the pieces fit together.
