<p>Cardlytics is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the Global IT Operations team.</p>
<p>The Project Manager will work a fast-paced technology environment leading corporate IT projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring project milestones are met, and keeping all teams on task. Timelines must be met and projects delivered with exceptional quality, making this a challenging and rewarding position. </p>

<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage projects from initiation to delivery</li>
<li>Keen understanding of SDLC</li>
<li>Professional experience in a project management and/or consulting role</li>
<li>Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies</li>
<li>Familiarity with SQL Server, IIS and .NET technologies a plus</li>
<li>Implementation project management experience; financial or advertising industry focused experience a plus</li>
<li>Microsoft project / JIRA</li>
<li>Ability to clearly communicate cross functionally to ensure projects success and team collaboration</li>
<li>Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large scale projects</li>

<h2>Overview</h2>
<p>Cardlytics, a leading Purchase Intelligence platform for cashback rewards and targeted marketing, is seeking a part time Business Development Director to help recruit and onboard Financial Institution (FI) partners in the UK. Reporting into the International Commercial Director, the ideal candidate will be well networked within Tier 1 UK banks and seeking a part-time role that leverages their senior level experience whilst offering the flexibility of 60% hours.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities Include</h2>
<ul>
<li>Initiating and supporting introductions to Execs in C-Level and relevant Marketing, Digital and Product ownership roles within leading UK FIs</li>
<li>Working with the Cardlytics marketing team to develop outbound sales collateral for FIs</li>
<li>Working with the Cardlytics commercial team to negotiate agreed terms with new FI partners, providing a foundation for successful long-term partnerships</li>
<li>Building a pipeline of FI prospects that deliver substantial growth in the enrolled customer/member base for Cardlytics cashback reward programmes</li>
<li>Responding to international enquiries for FI reward programmes, with the potential for business development work in target markets outside of the UK (international travel not mandatory)</li>
<li>Keeping abreast of the latest fintech developments in Open Banking and customer reward programmes</li>
<li>Helping position Cardlytics as a thought leader in FI customer engagement, working with the incumbent PR agency and representing the business at relevant industry events</li>
</ul>
<h2>Skills and Experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years’ experience working with Tier 1 UK banks at C Level</li>
<li>Proven track record selling enterprise wide solutions</li>
<li>Great at negotiating complex commercial frameworks with multiple stakeholders involved</li>
<li>Gravitas to create passion at a variety of levels of Tier 1 banks including Exec level for a customer proposition</li>
<li>Experience working with merchants and CRM/loyalty programmes would be advantageous</li>
