Small company, limited personnel, long working hours for manufacturing departments. You get to learn a lot since you you get assigned new tasks all the time but you definitely get taken advantage of.

2023 changes... Difficult and harsh
|
Pros: new building, new employees, opportunities to learn.
Cons: overworked staff, terrible work life balance, no over time, mediocre management, and increasingly political environment.
If you're worried about learning stuff in here you're going to learn and learn to juggle terrible company behaviors. This is if you're new to the industry.
If you're someone with 2-3 years if experience looking for stable work avoid this place. There's nothing worth your mental well being, kindness, and time. There are better companies than this.
