Most of my fellow employees were good people.
|
Management is terrible. They love putting people in charge who just don’t have a clue about the business they are running.
When their changes cause problems, they blame the workers and not themselves.
If you aren’t a “pet” of the manager, you are in danger of being “downsized”. They drive out people who are knowledgeable and qualified because they won’t bend to demands that they change things. The changes are usually detrimental to the company.
They love to promote unqualified people and blame them when they don’t meet expectations.
They love to micromanage you but the people doing the micromanaging do not have any idea how the business actually functions.
All they care about is profits for the stockholders, they do not care about their employees at all. You hear the words “record profits” until it’s time for raises and then it’s “we are losing money”.
