I enjoy traveling to various stores/areas and building creative displays. Cleaning up dirty stores is the most challenging part of the job. Good communication skills are essential for working with stores and management. Schedule was great and you'll have a good amount of independence. Steer clear of anyone who says they work in a “sales” role. This is code for someone who operates outside of corporate policy and will try to make you use your personal money for travel, business expense, among other things to benefit their personal business. The personal business is often times unsuccessful and fraudulent as well. Be very careful and do your research before joining this company. Many good opportunities but several bad apples in leadership positions that will antagonize employees. Best decision I ever made leaving.
