Alumax was great, ALCOA was OK, and Century has destroyed the facility and the good work environment. Corporate is milking asset until the industry dies. Very hot in the summer and physically demanding for most production operators. Pockets of good people but plant manager has driven off some of the best talent. The job was hot and hard at times but very rewarding too.I liked my job I was there 17 years before they shut down. I really enjoyed my work.
