nasdaq:cfb https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1161792 Feb 16th, 2024 12:00AM Open Open CrossFirst Bank Treasury Frisco, TX Lack of professionalism Well decorated modern atmosphere with friendly staff. It gives a family owned bank vibes. Very political. Smile in your face while cutting your throat with a cotton covered razor type of vibe. Sneaky. You can never trust upper management. Personality disorders from upper management. They give severance pay to keep ex employees from suing. Managers don’t know anything. Limited training. They don’t practice what they claim to be. So glad I escaped that place and much happier at a real bank. They advertise work from home but don’t really want you to work from home. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 0.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 2.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 1161792 Open Limit corporate politics. The executive offices are behind a locked door, I found that odd & that’s the way CFB is ran All they care about is becoming a KC Best place to work, they haven’t achieved it. Also very caught up in the Gallup strengths & not sure how that benefits running a bank. Remodeled their Leawood office and then did an employees layoff of approx 35 ppl after the remodel. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 2.0 Open Oct 31st, 2023 09:13AM Oct 31st, 2023 09:13AM CrossFirst Bank
