Management continually undermines employees for their day to day work, increases the workload by finding “new ways to help clients” (which is nothing more than micromanaging each conversation had). When an employee leaves the company, their position isn’t filled, it’s expected that technology should fulfill the void, but if you have someone sick and another on vacation you don’t even have enough people to operate. They also love to allow sexual harassment of their employees by customers.
