Meeting with customers daily.

Standing on my feet for over 8 hrs.

Excellent culture and great people .My manager was the best anyone could work with.In all very accomodating staff all around you.Makes you feel you dont want to miss a day .

Always busy but busy is good.

Desperately needs new leadership in Residential Lending Division

Work life balance is not great.
Operations is incomplete control and sales is not valued or appreciated. Very little room to advance if you are not on the operations side.
Compensation is not competitive and division does random waves of lay offs with no warning every time the market slows.
A majority of Management is managing from outside states and are not familiar with the CA market or itâs high end clientele. They lead with a cold iron fist.

Good for employees
|
The company definitely makes sure to take care of its employees. It seems Kelly Coffey coming is making all the difference and things will only get better moving forward. Right now systems are archaic and processes are disjointed but money is being spent to address that. Firm could go to another level with a greater culture of accountability.

Love the company but some departments handle the growth spurt better than others. Some inconsistency in management expectations vs resources, some management shows favoritism.

Guidelines change all the time. Branch manager is weak and does not do anything before getting her manager's approval even if it's the tiniest decision that needs to be done.
