One of the best companies to learn from

I learned a lot during my internship as a Cybersecurity specialist. Especially VPN and endpoint. They were great and collaborative , full of passion and very professional when it comes to work and serving customers to troubleshoot; their technical support are great and also they solve the issues without any complications.

It was a great learning experience and a good opportunity to start working in a cybersecurity company.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They would not deliver a commission plan at the beginning, but into 8 to 9 months into the year. So they would not pay commissions at all or accurately.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
HR is good to organize celebrations like Halloween, Chinese New Year, and other random celebrations. But never felt like a supportive HR team.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work, good technical training, useless meetings with the manager, etc.

I came in as a TAM - Hunter. Overall good experience. However the company needs to invest better into outbound sales. Giving me one SDR who also cover 10+ reps doesnt all an enough investment for outbound. You have great products, now give the sellers the tools to win. Also the TAM did not have access to the sequence software. Making me be manual and my BDR only having the tools.

It was a great experience working at Checkpoint. The interview process was extremely unique. The learning curve is huge. You will come out with extremely competitive skillsets working at this place.
