Having been at Coherus for 2.5 years, I have been fortunate to be a part of an extremely rewarding journey! You work cross functionally with many teams, and have a lot of exposure to the projects that are taking place. Even though we have grown quite a bit, the teams remain very close and have a lot of communication and collaboration. During COVID, we've transitioned well into the virtual environment and Coherus has been very supportive to our employees. For example, we are able to get free COVID testing for ourselves and our families. We operate very fast-paced with many things going on at once, but management is mindful of work-life balance and it's encouraged to take time to take care of yourself as well as making time to take a step back and have some fun with the team! For example, we just had our 10 year anniversary and the company sent champagne out to everyone so we could have a virtual toast! They give out free masks and hand sanitizer during the pandemic. Unfriendly staff.
