For the customer service account management role, they will initially hire you as a mobile billing rep, then 6 months later change your job to “Account Managment” which is where you will have to go back to training and learn how to handle servicing the needs of Cable, internet and landline customers as well for the same pay as mobile only. Also they have been known to lay you off or fire you for no reason or misconduct.

One of the best places to work just hard dealing with the bugs and crawl spaces sometimes. If you can’t handle rude customers or get anxious east probably not the job for you! SIMILAR TO IT BUT MORE BLUE COLLAR WORK

The obvious pro is the free services the company offers. With TV, phone, and internet free, you literally save an average of $300 a month.

The one and only con I have is that like any large company, the better you work, the more they want. If you complete an installation or trouble call within a certain time frame safely. Next time they want you to do the same, if not more, in less time. With that being said. Sometimes when you work towards speed and not quality, you sacrifice safety. Same goes for customers service representatives. They want you to be empathetic and sympathetic to the customers calling in, but don't spend too much time on the call.

Now, I'm sure there are awful supervisors. However, the ones I had were outstanding. As long as you do the basics of what is expected for any employee. Be honest, be where you're supposed to at the time you're supposed to be there. As long as you do those simple things, they will always have your back.
