Chuy's management is very streamlined and they are very friendly. They are very flexible with their staff!
|
As a server, all of your income will come from tips while working at a restraunt so two things that Chuy's did that did not help servers make income were how long it took food to get out of the kitchen which the server has no control over and the menu prices are sometimes so cheap that a table you've had for an hour will tip 25% and you still only made 5$.
