Nice office, and many of the people were great to work with.

Leadership was awful, and toxic. Top guys didn't want to do anything to risk their jobs at all. That's from HR to technology, and everywhere in between. Screaming, demeaning, it was horrible.

Low communication, low incentive

I've met some great people and generally my job has been really easy.
|
There's a general lack of communication at the company. As an employee you don't really know what's going on in the company (even in your own department) until after every decision has been made and is already in effect. There's also a very high turnover rate. There isn't a whole lot of growth in company size... if people have been recently hired, that probably means some people are about to get fired too. Not a lot of benefit or incentive for low/mid level employees.
