Was the original member A lot of great people once worked here but lost their jobs during a massive downsizing. The decision to target specific employees was buried amongst other targets. They will pay you well below the market rate. Promotions are based on how much you boss likes you. Only one person in my group got it. Its a very frustrating situation. There is no room for growth. They will keep you doing the same thing over and over again. It is a dead end street for anyone. Not enough money for that.
