Pump Technician Shreveport, LA Good company with poor pump tech supervisor 0 compassion or concern for you. Had a string of bad luck within my first 2 weeks. Ran a few mins late (literally a couple mins) a 2 mornings resulting in termination. On the bright side if you can put a simple asss mechanical seal in and brown nose. You have all the qualifications you’ll ever need. Everyone up there is job scared. Like walking on egg shells the entire shift. God pay good benefits, but that’s everywhere for a skilled & experienced industrial mechanic/compressor mechanic. Inventory Manager Humble, TX No loyalty and no direction I worked there 8+ years and when I was forced to move from hourly to salary for a "promotion" I actually lost around $10k a year. I was then forced to work 13 - 14 hour days and be on-call. There is absolutely no loyalty from management and a huge lack of leadership. Departments are pitted against each other and this company has the most internal drama I've ever seen. Lastly, the pay is not competitive whatsoeve. I would not recommend working for this company.
