One of the worst experiences I’ve had

They have the training center right here in Denver
|
So many to list. The manager rarely shows up to work doesn’t answer his phone or texts, was told I could advance as quickly as I wanted but then told I had to wait a year. The company truck was an old beat up truck with 300 thousand miles, I had more knowledge on compression then the higher up techs there and they get paid more. All in all it was a joke working for this company. Pay was very low compared to what I came in from

Answer your phone when a tech is calling you. Don’t promise things to get someone interested and then take it away. Simplify your work order system that whole mess for work orders was a joke, you enter the same info numerous times there’s better ways of doing it. Takes longer to do the paperwork than the actual job

most departments poorly run. employees expected to dress up every day and be in the office although most meetings are on teams. little visibility from leadership. no room or desire for change or evolution into the 21st century. low employee morale. High turnover. Lots of favoritism & nepotism.

allow all employees the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. leaving this in departmental head's hands causes lots of inequity and employee dissatisfaction. Change dress cold. Reduce favoritism. Treat employees equally.
