Visionless management and a dysfunctional company
|
|
There are a few good and honest people who still manage to survive however the overall sense of belonging and loyalty within the company is almost non-existent on all levels.
|
Leadership is nowhere to be found. Poor communication between the management team. 20-year-old database technology. The product is awful. Lack of transparency in team direction and initiatives that can blindside team members. With the lack of effective accountable management, this company will likely close or be sold in the near future. The problem is who will care to buy such a dysfunctional company?

There was high pressure to deliver quality in tight timeframes, and it was horrible. Employees were exhausted and about to burn out. The management avoided everyone's efforts and struggles.

They offered a standard compensation. Some people considered it as a pro but I didn't because they made us work far more.

If you want a stress-job, please look elsewhere. The work situation is pretty awful here. The management avoids helping overworked employees and thinks that ignoring key issues is cool. They are incompetent to handle the growing pains as well. Their ridiculous attitude has made many good employees quit. I was one of them.

The company's hiring and firing practices are particularly concerning. Employees are often hired with little regard for their qualifications or experience, only to be fired abruptly and without explanation. This constant turnover creates an atmosphere of anxiety and uncertainty among employees, making it difficult to focus on their work and contribute effectively. You may find yourself working under a heartless and unresponsive management team that will not value your contributions or respect your concerns. So do not work here!

I can only think of a few pros-100% remote, awesome training, and my co-workers were very helpful and supportive.

Toxic work environment, almost impossible to make any real money, barely any leads. This job was advertised to me as an inbound call center. You will go 3-4 hours without an inbound call sometimes. They expect you to get business from a dialer that usually has no calls, especially if you work one of the later shifts.
