Stop harassing providers to meet numbers and gaps. No only Medicare patients matter. Stop the pressure with non sense patient's surveys. Provide decent medical staff- Most medical assistants are spanish only speakers. Hire medical directors that are professional and have interpersonal skills.

Overall condescending work culture, lazy medical staff at Brooklyn's location, very busy, horrendous PTO, terrible pay, burn out, no over time, no time and a half for holidays season, terrible software system that shuts down every weak (at minimum twice a weak), hierarchy of power and who can take advantage of who, pointless events and meetings during work hours while still running the office!
