Micromanagement and rude staff
|
Working at Caremax was very upsetting everyday because of micromanagement and the employees being rude all the time. It doesn't matter how long you work there for, you do not get a promotion or a promise of one. Pay rate is very low for everyone which is probably why they all treat everyone bad including the patients. This medical practice needs to clean out everyone, raise the pay rate and hire new employees that care about people and like what they do

Worked for them for almost a month, never recieved my paycheck. Have many emails back and fourth with multiple managers saying they’re going to get me paid but I’ve still never been paid. Had to contact better business bureau and an attorney. They have continually lied about my check and have now stopped responding to me. Totally unprofessional. Would not except a position with them.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Free coffee. Salary is under market value, benefits are under market value. No organization whatsoever.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They want you to work as if you are going to be blame by someone else and get fired on the spot. They protect some staff that isnt the most competent and nepotism everywhere.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic… plus the lack of understanding their own system at the grant st branch is unreal.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Putting off fires everywhere because of lack of knowledge and training in day to day process.
