Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership of duties and promoting a caring and supportive environment consistent with our mission.Works extensively with NextGen EMR system to further investigate member services and documents, patient surveys.Maintains accuracy and quality control with daily patient contact and data input.Communicates with patients to ensure questions and concerns area processed in a timely manner and effectively communicates with medical centers and corporate employees.Owns issues through verified resolution.Provides adequate notes and documentation within platform to ensure proper patient satisfaction.Demonstrates adherence to all company, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations including HIPAA.Conducts telephone conversations in a polite manner and ensures accurate information is exchanged and member is satisfied.Has knowledge of all appropriate service and business metrics and assists team on action plans to improve outcomes.Assists in the execution of all company initiatives and programs and participates in staff meetings. Reports errors, omissions, and incidents to the Supervisor of Patient Retention through documented reports.Qualifications and Requirements:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Bilingual in English and Creole, required.Practice Management Software Experience.       Three years of customer service experience.
