I do not know who puts the job applications out, but I got rejected from a job I applied for despite having the minimal requirements according to what was written on the application. The job application used "or" for education and work experience but I was told you needed both the education and the work experience for the job at hand by an HR person. Therefore "and" should have been used over "or" in the application's wording. My advice is to make sure "or" and "and" are used correctly so people do not waste their time applying for a job they won't get. Moreover, the company itself also won't waste time looking at applications that do not meet the criteria. Basically, all this can be avoided if "and" is used when it is supposed to be used over "or" in the future.
