Almost every coworker you will meet at century makes it an amazing place to work. Everyone is has a positive attitude, and will have your back when you need it. The management on the other hand, is definitely where there needs to be more structure, as well as appreciation, towards the employees that are busting their butts. It is a fantastic place to work, and if I could I would be back there in a second. Hands down my favorite place in Cripple Creek to work. Must be excellent with money as there is no room for error. The worst part about working for Century Casino is the management and upper management they don't know how to run a business and they most definitely do not know how to mediate a situation between two or more other employees. There is alot of favoritism shown in many of the departments and most definitely between the departments.
