Es estar 8 horas parado, hay solamente 1 silla en el local en la que únicamente se puede sentar el Encargado. Si entra un cliente, tenes que seguirlo con la mirada todo el tiempo aunque te diga que no quiere comprar nada, por que tambien haces trabajo de seguridad. No te dan de día estudio, buscan gente disponible full time. Si ingresa mercadería es probable que estés 8hs doblando ropa, sin poder sentarte y sumando tarea de seguridad. Si estas cansado, te invita el encargado a charlar en el depósito para decirte que si no podes rendir bien, te pueden echar cuando quieran. Te dicen en la entrevista que podes tomarte el feriado opcional, y cuando entras al trabajo no te quieren dar 1 feriado. El premio del objetivo es muy bajo.

None really hence why I left, the staff discount on clothes is alright I think it was 25% but that's about it

1. MINIMUM WAGE, what company that lives in the 21st century is still paying the minimum wage, company needs to come out the dark ages, and pay employees a reasonable pay if they want to survive
2. Awful experience, unethical company, management were discriminatory, from day dot I felt ostracised and ridiculed for my appearance, my looks, my socio-economic background, my education, my car, you name it the management made digs and insults belittling me, I feel like it really impacted my well-being and mental health. I worked there over a year ago, yet I still feel this cruel treatment from management has stuck with me which has made me compelled to write a review, would never ever usually do this.
On my last day at work for my store I worked at, I felt so unsafe and threatened I was scared the management was going to do something either hurt me physically or strike me emotionally that I had to walk out mid shift and never went back, when I sent management a polite message and said unfortunately I cannot complete my shift due said reasons, I recieved back a sarcastic and cruel response telling me to get back into the store, I have never ever experienced anything like this job, where are you finding these people you call 'managers' ??

cruel management with lack of education and rational thinking, which made them unable to act with accordingly appropriate to behaviour expected of good management. Recommend you have a complete overhaul and have more stringent employment processes, so you have really know the real person/people you're employing into management. Not just for the success of the company, but because management in jobs have the ability to impact all employees, and in this case have the ability to tarnish someones livelihood and mental wellbeing.
