Your time is much too valuable. Very profitable company with a great business plan for revenue. The work is rewarding, fun and interesting. All is great until you get hired and the masks come off. The first red flag was the constant inter-gossip about each-other. (This one is late, that one is lazy, he's a clock watcher, he doesn't believe in "CYA at C1", she doesn't believe in "One team, one dream..." on and on. Then you get to downright lies about each other, physical threats. Its the bad apple ruins the entire barrel effect. Work was easy but the people who have been there are intimidated and afraid to lose their job. Gossip and lies about who did what work, a hungry-hippo effect. NO work-home boundries. Unprofessional communication. Kid-Like and very immature. This is more than toxic, it is unhealthy work enviroment and you start to physically feel sick working with the people there.
