Awful Management.
|

Co-workers were great and it is the only video game publisher on the east coast left. It was a fun place to work and there were some interesting games.
|
Management is completely inept in a rapidly changing business. They have no real grasp on the video game business and don't wish to. They also abuse the expense system for personal use.

Majesco, was a relax place to work. My co-worker were nice and got on well with the people in my department and other department as well we were like family.

Great people, poor management

There are some great, talented people work there
|
Management is clueless on how to run the company and there is gross mismanagement of money there. The morale is at rock bottom and the top executives does not care. There is zero growth opportunity for those that have been there for years. They would rather pay someone off the street with a fake resume 6 figures and fire them in a year than move someone up.

Fun, but very dated company
|

The work environment was very casual and also stimulating. I loved my coworkers and we were making products that we had a lot of say in.
|
The company is very dated and has a terrible HR department. All of the paperwork is from the 80's, the vacation time is split into vacation, holiday, personal, sick and is very convoluted. The mindset of upper management was just very dated.
