Horrible place to work . They run you into the ground, record you while your driving and watch it daily. I worked there for two years not a good place to work

Horrible workplace

They overwork and over expect, they don’t have a set off time it’s whenever you supervisors want you to end and they’ll make you work longer than normal so the supervisor see how good the workers did and they get credit for it. Wouldn’t ever go back to that place

HR leadership has no idea what field HR does. They contradict themselves all the time and have no idea/ help us on what we should do. It's a constant mess, the workload and pressure we get from HR leadership is overwhelming. They have favorites and that has been seen in recent promotions. Theirs a constant fear of performing If not you will talked to. Some major changes need to happen in our HR leadership.

Physical work.
|
It can be physically challenging work and the hours are not set. You go home when the job is done. You might work 5-6 hours or you might work 12+. A lot of that depends on you, but the money is decent and the benefits are pretty good.

Can't make plans for after work because you're never sure what time you're leaving.

Good pay but management needs improvement
|
Great pay.. the work load can be overwhelming sometimes especially when understaffed and overworked. Turn over rate is high due to the working environment. It can be unpredictable & unorganized. The pay and hours are good for financial purposes only. Physically it’s a lot on your body. You cannot leave until everything has been picked sometimes over 12hrs.

If you work for this company there is lots of free good food and drinks and some time ice cream company provides to there employees .
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
If you work out side in the yard in summer for this company you better think twice very very hot 🔥 make you sick if temperature is 108 degrees but in the yard temperature will be 118 degrees.

If you are new employees some senior employees think they are your dads and think they are your boss they not give you respect.
