Really fleshed out systems, product works, repeatable sales process. Also a very clear leader in the space so lots of credibility. I was lucky to have both a good manager and territory.

As with all big and established companies, it comes down to territory and manager for how well you'll do and how happy you'll be. Since there are a lot of reps, the leftover accounts can be pretty hard to work with.
