However, once you are in that position, they dont know when to stop. Its great for learning new things but eventually, and I saw it with everyone I worked with, it becomes too much to handle. The pay is great and if you work overnights you get a pay differential at least in security department. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Hostile. clicks, favoritism. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Start my shift with list of tasks. Genie then assigns more tasks the are priority. What is the best part of working at the company? The residents and coworkers were wonderful. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The upper management(executive director). There was always singling out of some coworkers. This place is toxic! What is the work environment and culture like at the company? You never knew what you were going to walk into What is a typical day like for you at the company? It was slow and boring. But unless you want to be bored all day the front desk position is perfect for you. What is the best part of working at the company? The residents were absolutely fantastic! My coworkers were all very friendly. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The upper management was not genuine. The nepotism here is harmful to the employees that were not related. I thought upper management was unprofessional. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
