Could not say the experience was positive from any measure. Department head was great, but CEO was stuck in a 1950s mentality. They talked a good game, but don't fall for it. There's a reason the company has stayed small, and that is the lack of imagination on part of the senior leadership. From what I heard from regular employees, benefits are bad and bonuses are stingy.
