Things aren’t looking great

Being able to make a change in someone’s life is an incredible opportunity. I still get students reaching out to me and thanking them for helping them along their path to becoming a developer. That is a great feeling.
Being an instructor, I was given the resources to stay up to date on technology so I could teach the students.
I was given responsibility to be a leader and manager of employees which has helped me at my new job.
Unlimited PTO was nice. Semi frequent lunches.

There was a management change that has really hurt the company. No one wants to take responsibility for what choices they are or aren’t making.
Leadership doesn’t care about students or their success.
No thought is given to the future of the company, only to right now.
