When I first started the work was promising. In the initial contact, every one was professional. When they sent my equipment it was supposed to support WiFi, it did not I had to go and buy a router in order for the PC to pick up the Wifi in my home. I had issues with connecting to the VPN. Once the actual work started it was ok, not very organized, but I dealt with it. Once I was in then things started to kinda go down hill. I would have days where, I would not be able to work half a day due to computer issues. Getting in contact was hard, I would have to use my personal email or phone to communicate. Then systems would shut down, or I didn't have full access to every thing. I would communicate with Management, but not always available. There was no real life work balance. The best thing was the benefits, they were good, but the work itself was disorganized.

Management is hard to get in touch with out of site out of mind. They are very rude if you do speak with them and seem to not have much knowledge on how to get in touch with insurance representatives to help solve claim issues. There is nobody to help with getting you signed up on websites you will need to check your claims. They say they want team players but they do not play until they want to bully you because you have emailed them 5 or more times regarding a issue that they never answered then they want to know why you have not corrected the issue but without the manager you couldn’t. Just horrible management and communication problems.

Hiring of REMOTE employees is an utter joke, especially if you're a biller or payment poster. It is almost obvious that they do not have the experience they state because the work would not be so poor no matter the workload. If you truly are the quality qualified employee you say/said you are/were that would solve many issues. That place had many office politics. If you are not in the "in crowd" or express anything negative, no matter how bad things get, then you'll make it. I'm not sure how much.

The pay is good but the amount of work isn’t worth it. The paychecks are nice but what you have to do to get them isn’t. You work long draining hours from oct to dec. seriously December 7th 2019 I worked 18 hours.

They do not training properly
|
I have been terminated after only working for three weeks. They train me for 3 1/2 days and just turned me loose like I was familiar with their system. At the same time I was receiving emails and IMs rushing me.
