Management is a horrid and does not back their employees except the favored ones. A great management would effectively communicate with their employees maybe they need to read Conversational Intelligence and Brene Brown on effective communication not just with the client and customers but with their employees. Employees are pleasant and helpful. Get a new management that can create a positive environment for their employees in Vegas- the numbers will increase, the employees will be happy to support management and will perform better.
