I've been lucky to be assigned to a group and manager that was a good fit. In some cases, some employees will get assigned to a manager that just don't like them and, work would be difficult for them. My manager was usually laid back and relied on me a lot. We worked well as a team. It was good but for me no advancement opportunities. HR does all they can to provide all compliance such as OSHA and relevant training. Financials for the company is a bit stressed so, if economic distress (both international and domestic) occurred, you may be out of luck and either laid off or furloughed. Even with financial difficulties, Capstone tries to assist those they laid off or furloughed. Capstone unfortunately, just don't have the cash. They say they need workers but then they turn around sub-contract our jobs out of state and then lay a bunch of us off even before the pandemic. No job security. Lousy, abusive department leads act like dictators. Lots of favoritism and racism in the workplace. Stay away from this place. They deserve to go out of business. Also their turbines are not that green and healthy for the environment as Capstone would have you believe.
