We seek positive, high-energy, innovative and assertive team players who have a strong desire to succeed in a team- and customer-oriented environment.Position Summary:****The person filling this role can live anywhere in Europe.****This person will be joining a strong technical ISPW team of experts within the region that deals with all technical aspects of the ISPW sales cycle and various post sales activities in support of the local account teams. A key aspect is to inspire, shape and understand customer SCM needs and translate these into Proof of Concept plans, SCM architectural blueprints, trials and assist the migrations team with activities generating and implementing environments and customization supporting SOWs. It is important that the appropriate terminology of agile methodology is understood and employed so as to engage as a peer with customer SCM personnel and so provide a high level of expertise and service. Regarding the testing or trial of the ISPW software this person will be performing various roles such as consultation to create an architecture blueprint, translating into operational plans, facilitating execution through various parties such as within Compuware and with the customer.  The role involves overseeing the installation to blueprint, configuration, testing, adoption, training, assisting migrations and then measurement of success criteria. This is a role that requires someone who is willing to travel to customers quite frequently, as well as be motivated to work from a home office.Responsibilities include:Providing technical/application pre- and post-sales support to the Sales Account Managers and client base on the Mainframe product range.
