I’ve never worked somewhere where the nepotism was so
Blatantly in your face. I was happy when I was laid off during the pandemic. Our small office consisted of several family members that made up half of the staff. They never worked a full day much less a week. Came in as they pleased. The HR dept isn’t on site and has No idea how bad it is. They may as well just shut down the office. The company as a whole is behind on providing tools and technology to make it successful.

We usually run lean, but the benefit to that is you always have work to do. The organization is focused on the correct amount of staffing so we do not experience layoffs.

Fantastic team of people (except for executive management)

The CEO has only worked for the company and has no outside experience and/or knowledge. She barely knows how to use a computer and is horrible at managing people. Almost everyone who works at the company is smarter/works harder than her so it's almost impossible to learn anything new while working there.

The CEO should retire and/or be replaced by someone who is more on the pulse of future trends in the industry b/c she is not skilled at predicting the future and what needs to be done to drive revenue. All of the VP's should go too, as they are dinosaurs and haven't brought anything new to the table in years. This company will eventually go bankrupt if not changes are made.
