Cisco puts their money where their mouth is. There is lots of support and learning opportunities for employees. They may not be the highest paying tech employer, but they are a very people first culture, which is worth more to me than an egregious salary. Even my layoff package, as a junior, was very generous. Also lots of opportunity to move around throughout the company which is highly encouraged.

I personally dont have many. Its a big company, so sometimes information can be hard to find. And yes, layoffs do happen, but Cisco will take care of you.
