Benefits and pay are great. Some of the ppl and managers are great, SOME!!

They don't care about the quality of work, just want ppl to push numbers even if the information isn't correct. You can get negative marks from someone else's work if you happen to get the same building that another person touched and just did. You negative marks on builds that does not make sense. Like how are you going to get leasing info from a Forever 21 Employee. You get real job opportunities if you can push out numbers.

During my two years at CoStar, I experienced two department layoffs and faced racial profiling from upper management. Despite raising these concerns with HR, it took nearly a year for any action to be taken. In this company, you're treated as nothing more than a number. Even if you give 100%, they'll find ways to make you feel inadequate. When I joined, there were perks like a $150 lunch card, food trucks, and free lunches, but those were taken away without explanation. CoStar has a way of making you doubt your worth as an employee, even when you're excelling in your role. My advice is to seek out a workplace that truly values you, not one that sees you as just another statistic. In inside sales, you'll always feel overshadowed by field reps who often treat you like their assistant.
