manager was risk adverse to the point that it was a hindering to innovation and progress
manager was ok with out of date and unsupported configurations yet I was liable to the support
I replaced my predecessor and was never allowed to change anything he did without a ton of arguing.
argued with manager on every single point of my job and was never allowed to just own it

A few people were friendly.
|
1- Zero Employee Development or Diversity and Inclusion: You are stuck where you are put (unless you are a Filipino) and they only hire Filipinos/Asians Full Time (family and friends) 3% of staff are American. Also, you will be watched by shady employees who report everything you do to the “leads” who aren’t really leads at all.
2- They do not comply with ISO/FDA Regulations: Lead told us to NOT go by the work procedures so we would hit the daily build number (This was right after an Audit) Instead of rewriting the work procedure for packaging, they allow everyone to do as they please, so long the number is met. This goes for all areas of the clean room. No one follows regulations. keep in mind this a Class III Medical Device that is used for the Cardiovascular Disease.
3- The pay is laughable for the amount of work they expect. They remedy this by offering health snacks and sparkling water in the break room. Most people would rather be paid the wage they deserve, rather than getting a bag of apple chips.
4- Quality Doesn't exist here, and this is the reason anyone who cares about quality and the patients that use these devices should work for a real company. You can all do better.
5- To the few employees who were so friendly, I thank y’all for being so sweet. Y’all deserve so much better my friends.
