What is the best part of working at the company?
Driving to work at 4:30 am, there is no traffic. However, Leaving when the shift ends at 3:30 pm does indeed cause problems on the road, especially in bad weather!!!!! Other than that, its just another job ????
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
If you have the medical experience working in the cleanroom, then the job is a piece of cake. If you don't, then try to be a quick study and follow the regulations/work instructions.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Casual, comfortable and rewarding.......
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go to bed early (that sucks) wake up early (before the birds, that sucks too) drive to work when there is no traffic (oh yeah). Early morning working inside the cleanroom, very relaxing no stress (5-7am). mid morning (around 9am) that's when the supervisors, etc. arrive.....(bummer, that is when the stress begins for whatever reason what needs to be completed until the end of the day). remember, its just another job.

Was with the company for almost five years. The first 4 yrs were pretty good but when the pandemic hit the company changed. Management at the Pearland site started making changes to rules that were already in place and wanted everyone in my dept to change overnight. They have let go/lost key people in upper management and workers to bad management practices. Only benefit to the company is their benefits.

Pressure cooker work atmosphere . Management is not realistic with goals. Very difficult to make bonus money quarter over quarter. If you have a territory with existing business your in luck.

Bad upper management and corporate & no transparency
|
Great product but couldn’t compete with the big wigs BS, MT and Phillips. CSI is small. Lots of turnover and no job security. Has other reps already interviewed and waiting to get your job and apparently all of management and your team knows and you are in the dark. That happened to several at CSI. ZERO respect for employees. You are nothing to them. Lots of rumors, lies and misconduct goes on as well. Run away. Don’t leave a good job to go here. Stay where you are put.

The product is amazing, however, the growth expectation in a highly saturated market with complex procedures is unobtainable. The culture, lack of 401k, poor management is something Is hurting this company in keeping food employees! There is high turn over because they don’t appreciate their sales force!
